Q. Who is rawleaf?

A. Taste, Freshness, Quality, Good Health, Nutrition…rawleaf brings you all of this together right to your doorstep!!  We grow most of our ingredients at our own farms. You can choose from a huge range of fresh, crunchy, delectable Salads and Wraps. Or opt for the fresh, healthy and flavorful Smoothies and Cold Pressed Juices, which contain no added sugar or preservatives or H2O and are 100% pure. You can even pick high quality, fresh, pre-washed lettuce bags for your own culinary delight.

Q. Why are rawleaf products fresh?

A. rawleaf ingredients start with premium seeds, selected from the best available varieties. Every stage – from planting, growing, harvesting is done with great care and we partner with select growers who care about freshness, quality and safety. To preserve freshness, lettuces and greens are cooled within hours of being harvested at the peak freshness. We deliver the freshest products to you -within 24 to 48 hours after harvest.

Q. Do I need to wash rawleaf packaged salads?

A. All rawleaf salads are already thoroughly washed, carefully prepared and are ready to use. Re-washing fresh-cut salads will not harm the product quality. However, if you choose to re-wash the salads, it is important to use food-safe and sanitary washing and drying conditions in order to reduce the potential for cross-contamination.

Q. What does rawleaf do to assure products are safe?

A. At rawleaf, food safety is our highest priority. Our products are fresh and safe. We ensure our products are safe from the beginning – in the field with growing and harvesting and continue all the way through until they reach you.

Q. How do you ensure freshness and temperature for delivery during warm weather conditions?

We use special insulated bags in which we use special ice packs to ensure freshness and temperature is maintained during the delivery process.

Q. Do rawleaf products contain preservatives?

A. Our fresh products maintain their freshness without the use of additives or preservatives.

Q. What’s the best way to store rawleaf products?

A. Our packaging is designed to maintain peak freshness. Collect your products and promptly and store them upright in your refrigerator for the best results.

Q. What makes raw leaf packaging special?

A. Our packaging consists of high quality food grade packs sourced from the best available materials. We wash and clean the packs before use to ensure removal of any particles. The packaging maintains freshness and quality to ensure you receive products of superior freshness and flavor.

Q. How long after opening can we continue to enjoy rawleaf products?

A. rawleaf products are preservative free. For optimal freshness, a “best before” dates are marked on each pack . All our products are packaged in hygienic packs. The more oxygen lettuce is exposed to, the more quickly it will lose its freshness. Once the bag is opened, we recommend that you enjoy the remaining portions soon .

Q. How many different kinds of salads do you make?

Q. Does rawleaf offer chemical and pesticide free products?

A. Yes, we offer chemical and pesticide free lettuces and greens, which are safe and fresh. We ensure our greens are chemical and pesticide free. After harvest, we use a cleaning cycle (water wash , proprietary wash, ozonising and drying) to ensure your products are fresh and pesticide free.

Q. Where do you deliver?

A. We deliver in Gurgaon, parts of Delhi and Noida.

Q. Is there any minimum order?

A. There is no minimum order for our deliveries to Gurgaon and Delhi. However for Noida delivery areas we take a minimum order of Rs.750/.

Q. What is the delivery time taken?

A. Delivery time would depend upon the area of delivery. We believe in delivering the fresh products, hence our products are prepared upon receipt of your order. Please order as much in advance or allow for adequate time for delivery. The Gurgaon based deliveries take from 1 to 1.30 hrs, the Delhi based ones take from 2 to 2.30 hrs (depending on the location) and Noida between 3 to 3.30 hrs. So do allow us that kind of time when you place your order with us. 

Q. What are the payment options available?

A. You can either pay in cash at the time of delivery or online.

Q. Can I ask for a variation in my order?

A. Sure, at the time you place your order you can put in a request for customization in the comment box for online orders else telephonically. If it is within our scope we will definitely incorporate the change.

Q. What are the portions like?

A. Our salads and wraps suffice as a sumptuous meal for 1 adult person. The lettuce based salads weigh anywhere between 200 to 220 gm while the heavier variety like Quinoa based ones weigh anywhere between 300 to 320 gm. The wraps used are 8 inch ones with wholesome fillings. The Cold Pressed Juice and Smoothies are 300 ml each.

Q. Do you deliver single juice/smoothie bottles?

A. Yes we have started accepting orders for single juice/smoothie bottles. However, orders placed for only single bottles of juice or smoothie will be delivered any time before the last time slot applicable for the respective delivery area.

Q. Do I need to heat the Burrito Bowl ?

A. Burrito Bowls taste best when consumed fresh and at room temperature, however they could be heated for 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave if you prefer to consume that way.
